The Learning Exchange Network is part of the Leapfrog Project, which is a new project established by Hyndburn and Ribble Valley Council for Voluntary Service. It is funded through the Big Lottery Basis Programme and will run for five years. The Leapfrog Project has two main themes to it: ….  

The Learning Exchange is committed to working with partner agencies, groups and organisations offering innovative and extensive ranges of learning opportunities within Hyndburn and Ribble Valley. Training can be delivered at your premises, the CVS resource room or a convenient Community Building. 

Development and capacity building for Medium to Large organisations is committed to ensuring that organisations get all the information advice and guidance they need to be able to continue to deliver services and enable them to have a level playing field for tendering and contracts with the public and private sector.
